  • If ordering a repair for more than one pair of boots, you will need to place two separate repair orders 
    
  • Repairs made with authentic parts developed with experience over 84 years
  • Tugs can be replaced individually, or in multiples as required   
  • Tugs will be replaced with the same or closest match to the original tug(s)

  • Free for orders AU$149 and over.
  • AU$10 for orders under AU$149.
  • 'In stock' items estimated delivery within 2 - 4 business days.
  • All 'special order' items are shipped in 4 - 6 weeks
  • Repair service lead time 6 - 8 weeks

  • Return via Australia Post or Parcelpoint
  • Drop off parcel at your nearest Australia Post or Parcelpoint location
  • In-store exchange & return - exchanges only processed in-store
  • You will receive your refund within 2 - 5 business days after we receive your return
