- How long does it take for my digital gift card to arrive?
  
  Your digital gift card should arrive within 30 minutes of purchase. Please be sure to check the junk or spam folder, as the email may be directed there.
  
  What time are scheduled digital gift cards delivered?
  
  Scheduled digital gift cards are delivered to the recipient’s email by 8am AEST.
  
  Where can I redeem my gift card?
  
  You can redeem your gift card online at rmwilliams.com.au, or at any R.M.Williams store*, including outlets and clearance stores. Gift cards cannot be redeemed at any R.M.Williams concession stores e.g. Myer. Click here for our store locator.
  
  How do I redeem my gift card?
  
  Online: Select ‘R.M.Williams gift card’ at checkout and enter your code. Your code can be found above the barcode in the email sent to the digital gift card recipient.
  
  In Store: Present your digital gift card email, either on screen or as a print out, at any R.M.Williams store*.
  
  How do I check my gift card balance?
  
  You can check your balance by entering the gift card details below or during the checkout process.
  
  Can I redeem my gift card outside of Australia?
  
  No. Please make sure you select the correct website for the country your recipient lives in.
  
  Gift cards purchased in Australia can only be redeemed in Australia.
Terms and conditions
- Digital gift cards can be purchased online and redeemed at rmwilliams.com.au and in R.M.Williams owned retail stores in Australia including outlets and clearance stores
  
  Digital gift cards cannot be redeemed at any R.M.Williams concession stores, e.g. Myer.
  
  Digital gift cards can only be redeemed in the market where they were purchased, e.g. If purchased in Australia in AUD, it can only be redeemed in Australia.
  
  Digital gift cards purchased in Australia will expire 36 months from purchase.
  
  Digital gift cards can be redeemed online by entering the ‘digital voucher code’ in the Payment section in the checkout, OR in store by presenting the digital gift card email (on screen or print out).
  
  This digital gift card is partially redeemable, and it is up to the cardholder to use the full value within the validity period. Not redeemable for cash.
  
  Digital Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
  
  If the full balance is not spent in one transaction, the remaining balance will remain on the digital gift card.
  
  Treat your digital gift cards email as cash. Misplaced or misused digital gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
  
  Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the card expires.
  
  All returned items that were paid for with a digital gift card will be refunded as a new gift card for you to use against a future purchase.
  
  If you return an item paid by both digital gift card and credit card, you will be refunded on your credit card up to the amount of your initial card payment and the remaining amount will be refunded as a new gift card.
